1. Introduction This Usage Policy for Subscription Tokens Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase, utilization, and top-up of subscription tokens Tokens on our platform. These Tokens are used to access and avail our services and features. By purchasing or using Tokens, the user agrees to be bound by this Policy.
2. Monthly Top-up of Tokens Subscribers will receive a monthly top-up of Tokens on the 1st of every month. The number of Tokens topped up will depend on the subscription plan chosen by the Subscriber.
3. Purchase of Subscription on Later Days If a Subscriber purchases a subscription plan on a later date within the month, their account will be credited with the corresponding number of Tokens for that specific plan. The Subscriber can immediately start using these Tokens to access our services and features. However, the next top-up of Tokens will still occur on the 1st of the following month, in accordance with the monthly top-up schedule.
4. Charges upon Account Closure If a Subscriber decides to close their account and has used Tokens during the given month, a charge will be applied for that month, regardless of the date of account closure. The charge will be calculated based on the subscription plan chosen by the Subscriber and the number of Tokens used during the month.
5. Refunds and Cancellations Subscribers are not eligible for refunds or cancellations for any Tokens used prior to the closure of their account.
